Mead details:
This is batch 3 of our famous apple pie-inspired mead.
Inside this bottle, you’ll find apple cider, caramelized honey, Vermont Maple syrup, apple pie spices, Korintje cinnamon, and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, and to smooth all the edges we added some Lactose sugar.
We fermented this mead using K1-V116 yeast.

Rich, sweet, and delicious. These three words we’d all love to associate with apple pie. Batch three of our Serpent’s Deed hits that and goes beyond with a delicious blend of sweet and crisp cider into rich cinnamon and apple pie spices, with the caramelized honey being infused with the maple right at the end. Not much more needs to be said. The taste is classic and hits home in all the right ways; a worthy successor to its previous versions.
