Another one in our Hawaiian Traditional Mead series. This one is made from
Coconut Blossom honey.
This mead was about 7-8 months old before bottling. The yeast we used was QA23.

Here’s a little addition to our Hawaiian series, Coconut. When honey comes mostly from one source, it doesn’t always taste or smell like the flower it’s from. But this mead gives a lovely, subtle hint of coconut that’s just enough to enjoy. The color is a beautiful sunny yellow, reminding you of the blossoming flowers in a lush vegetable garden.
This mead has a bit more weight and a richer feel compared to some of its Hawaiian cousins. Its sweetness lingers softly with you throughout each sip. Instead of a wild ride in a wave pool, imagine it more like a relaxed, lazy river—the same sweet, smooth experience from start to finish. And the flavor sticks around even after you’ve taken your sip, like a gentle reminder that you’re enjoying a truly delightful treat.
