Another one in our Hawaiian Traditional Mead series. This one is made from Beach Naupaka Blossom honey. 

This mead was about 7-8 months old before bottling. The yeast we used was QA23.

Introducing Beach Naupaka Blossom to our Hawaiian series. The aroma evokes the feeling of being on a beach, with tropical notes that bring to mind scenes of beach chairs in the sand, cocktails with mini umbrellas, and fruit skewers. The honey creates an impression of various fruits harmonizing together, resulting in a delicious and refreshing experience.

In terms of flavor profile, this mead aligns with the notes of a tropical cocktail. The initial sip offers a mild sweetness, followed by a subtle boozy finish. It is reminiscent of a well-crafted Hurricane cocktail, with a burst of flavor and a warm, lingering aftertaste that evokes a sense of relaxation. This beverage captures the essence of a beach vacation in a glass, offering a truly enjoyable experience that you will not want to end. A truly remarkable Traditional Mead made from a single varietal of Hawaiian honey.
