Northern Michigan heritage apples were the base for this mead. Planted at a small family farm in 1941, the cider from these trees’ apples provides a delicately acidic base to this mead. Caramelized honey and marshmallow make it clear that there is plenty of sweetness left before the world ends. Golden amber color.
